Dear family member, as you know we just started our short term rental business. We are really excited about it, and hope you are happy for us.To optimize our season we are offering our family members 2 (or 4 or whatever) nights per year during the following months xxx xxx xxx so that it doesnt conflict with our business plan. If you want to rent the cabin, I can offer it at the same price as Airbnb but without the Airbnb fees (a security deposit will be collected and short term lease signed) for booking directly.
