What is Houfy? Houfy is a listing site that does not charge fees. You can actually very easily import your Airbnb and VRBO listing straight into Houfy. Your guests connect directly with you. You are in control of your calendar, pricing, rules and how to connect with guests.

Things you can do with Houfy.

Set up price per night, per week, per month. You can charge more for Weekend nights.

Set up minimum and maximum stay.

Collect a Security (damage) deposit. and you can collect it prior to their check in. We set ours to $1000.00 and 3 days before check-in.

Determine Damage Policy This is what we used. “The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The tenants shall leave the premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Landlord as being immediately habitable by the next tenants. Tenants shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The tenants agree that the Landlord shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings. Deposit will be refunded if property is in good shape upon inspection or 7 days, whichever is sooner. “
