I purchased this book to get some inside tricks. And there is a lot of well written content. David Leroux makes a strong effort to help out a newbie to Airbnb. As you can imagine based on the title there is a lot of information. He adds a lot of personal stories, which really help the readability.

The book is set up with answering 100 questions, which is a nice format, as you can easily find what interests you.

He definitely pitches his Airbnb Cash Flow Workshop which is fully within his rights. This may be a great course, I am not sure.
