There is that fear that you will get double booked if you are not quick enough to jump from platform to another to block dates after a booking. It is actually pretty simple to sync them and uses the ical function.

Import your Airbnb into VRBO

1. In your Airbnb account, go to Host and Select Listing
2. Click Pricing and Availability and scroll to Calendar Sync
3. At this point, select Export Calendar You will get a link. https://www.airbnb.com/calendar/ical . . . .. .. .
4. Copy that link.
5. Now, go to your VRBO listing and Owner login.
6. Click Calendar on the left side.
7. Click Import & Export at the top.
8. Select Import a calendar at the bottom.
9. Paste the URL that you copied from Airbnb.
10. Name your calendar (Airbnb) and select a color.

Now you want to import your VRBO calendar to Airbnb.

• In VRBO select the property
• Click Calendars in the left hand side
• Click Import and Export at the top.
• Select Export Calendar on the right hand side.
• Copy URL of that calendar.
• Go to Airbnb and select listing
• Click Pricing and Availability and Scroll to Calendar sync
• Select Import Calendar
• Copy the URL and name the Calendar.

The calendars sync relatively quickly within a few hours.

If you are using Houfy, or another service, you would do the same process with all 3.
