This lock is fantastic and very reasonably priced.   It hooks into your wifi with a bridge.  Set up is approximately 30 mins.  

You can set up temporary combinations which will last however many days you would like.  

You get a notification when it is locked and unlocked.  You can set the notifications.  

We set the password to the last 4 of the renters phone number.

We also have codes for the cleaner, the exterminator, handy man etc.  We know when they have arrived.
